Ever since we visited the apple orchard, my mind has been on apples. Apple pie, apple salad, apple cocktails. During our visit to the orchard, we picked up a gallon of fresh apple cider. It was the inspiration for this refreshing autumn cocktail.
This recipe involves only three essential ingredients (hence the “easy” part of the name). I used nicer bottled ginger ale instead of the commercial canned version but its not necessary.
The crushed ice and garnish options dress it up nicely for any guests you might entertain. I also had some glass ball jars left over from a party, which was perfect for this drink. (You can find them on Amazon for just over $1 per jar).
This would be a nice happy hour drink with friends or a pre-Thanksgiving cocktail. Cheers!
